Clean, accurate, tax-ready books delivered monthly — so you always know where your business stands. CPA-supervised bookkeeping providing you with clear, concise, and actionable financial statements to help you see the big picture and grow your business.
For small business owners, clean books are the foundation of everything — confident decisions, accurate taxes, stress-free audits, and clear visibility into your financial health. Our remote bookkeeping team handles your day-to-day financials with the rigor of a Big 4 firm and the responsiveness of a trusted partner. Whether you're using QuickBooks Online, Xero, or another modern platform, we work within your existing systems to keep your books current, accurate, and tax-ready year-round.
The foundation of clean financials — accurate records maintained monthly so you're always prepared.
For businesses that need more than basic books — AP/AR management, payroll support, and ongoing advisory.
Bookkeeping keeps your books accurate and current — categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing clean monthly financials. If you also need strategic financial leadership (budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, cash flow management, internal controls, and multi-entity oversight), our Fractional Controller service includes everything in bookkeeping plus all of that. Most growing businesses start with bookkeeping and graduate to a fractional controller as complexity increases.
Bookkeeping pricing depends on your transaction volume, complexity, and the state of your current books. Here's how we determine the right fit.
Book a free 30-minute bookkeeping discovery call through our scheduling system. We learn about your business — industry, revenue, accounting platform, payroll setup, and current pain points.
You provide read-only access to your accounting platform (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and upload recent bank/credit card statements to our secure SharePoint portal. We need a clear picture of transaction volume and current book quality.
Our team reviews your books to assess monthly transaction count, reconciliation status, chart of accounts cleanliness, and whether catch-up work is needed. We then prepare a written scope with a fixed monthly retainer and any one-time cleanup fees.
Once you approve the scope and sign the engagement letter, we set up secure access to your platforms, establish a monthly close calendar, and assign you a dedicated point of contact. If catch-up is needed, that work begins in the first 30–60 days.
By the 15th of each month, your prior month is closed: transactions categorized, accounts reconciled, AP/AR managed, and financials prepared. You receive a clean reporting package and a brief written summary highlighting anything notable.
We're responsive year-round via email and phone. Standard plans include 1–2 advisory calls per month so you stay informed about your numbers and can ask questions as they come up.
Your books are supervised by a Florida-licensed CPA and Big 4 Alumni. Every monthly close is reviewed before delivery.
Your books are closed by the 15th of every month, like clockwork. No more wondering whether last month was reconciled.
No hourly billing surprises. You pay a fixed monthly retainer, agreed to upfront, with bundle discounts when combined with tax services.
Clean books mean better decisions. We deliver clear, jargon-free financials with brief written summaries highlighting what matters.
Monthly retainers start at $250 and depend on transaction volume, number of bank/credit card accounts, complexity (inventory, e-commerce, payroll), and any add-on services. We provide a fixed-fee quote after reviewing your books and bank statements — no hourly surprises.
Bookkeeping is the tactical recordkeeping — categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, producing monthly financials. A fractional controller is the strategic layer on top: budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, cash flow management, multi-entity oversight, internal controls, and audit support. Our Fractional Controller service includes all bookkeeping work plus strategic financial leadership. Many clients start with bookkeeping and upgrade when their business outgrows it.
That's very common — and exactly what we help with. We offer catch-up and cleanup services as a one-time engagement, priced per year of records, or rolled into the first 2–3 months of your monthly retainer. Once your books are caught up, ongoing monthly bookkeeping keeps them that way.
Not at all. We work within your existing platform — QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, or others. If you're still on QuickBooks Desktop or spreadsheets and want to move to the cloud, we can help with that migration, but it's never required.
We use accountant-level read-only access to your accounting platform — never your personal login credentials. Bank and credit card statements are uploaded by you to your secure SharePoint folder, or we connect to bank feeds through your accounting platform's native integrations. We never store login credentials or have transaction-level account access.
Yes — and we recommend it. When we handle both your bookkeeping and your business tax return, you get a bundle discount, year-end is much smoother (no catch-up cleanup needed at tax time), and we proactively flag tax-saving opportunities throughout the year. Ask about our combined pricing during your consultation.
By the 15th of each month, you'll have last month's closed financials in your SharePoint folder — reconciled, reviewed, and ready to use. We hold ourselves to a strict close calendar, which is one of the most common pain points clients tell us they had with their previous bookkeepers.
